Hi everyone!
move in immediately. one room is available for 2 months stay and of course there would be a possibility to extend.
The room are 10m2, 8m2 with a huge living room 20m2 providing plenty of space. You can have it partly furnished with a bed, low table or feel free to bring your own furniture. The room are part of a 90m2, 3 room apartment, which has a common living room and kitchen, bignbathroom share washing machine/dryer, a big terrace, and a green lawn area with plants and vegetables etc for the sunny days. Access to a storage locker, and a locked bike parking can also be provided.
You will share the apartment with professonals, students research scholars ( I will move in 3 months - working in Nordea the city. I am friendly, quiet and with a fixed daily routine.
The apartment is located in Brønsøj, 2700 – Copenhagen’s busy and accessible area, The area has easy access to many transportation options to go anywhere in the city, being close to both Husum station ( S-train), and bus routes 350S,2A, 5c, 22, 132 which connects to the Metro. It is also only 5 mins bike ride to vanlose Station. There are many grocery stores in the area within a 2-3 mins walking distance (fotex, Netto, fruite and meat shops mins away). Some other amenities in the area include restaurants, McDonalds, Burger King, Sylvan, bakery, laundrymat, kiosk, sushi restaurant, etc. And of course, Utterslev Mose and Park, which provide some great activities and greenery, whatever you may be into!

I am looking for one person per room to move in; however, I can also consider couples. The rent is 4,000 (or 8,000 for couples). The price includes all utilities – hot water, heating, electricity, and internet. You will have to provide the first month of rent as well as one month to be kept as deposit when moving in.
