Hello there!

I am subletting a spacious, furnished room in a sunny and warm two-room 71-square-meter apartment.

- Rental period: From May until the 30th of June (with a possibility of extension)

- Monthly payment: DKK 4,000 + DKK 300 aconto bills (DKK 4,300 total monthly payment). For May, rent will be calculated on a weekly basis.

- Deposit: 1.5 months x 4,300 = DKK 6,450 upon moving in (refundable upon moving out if everything is in order)

- CPR registration possible

- Walking distance to: Poul Henningsen Plads metro station – 7 minutes, Svanemøllen S-train station – 13 minutes, Fælledparken – 7 minutes.

- Area: quiet, residential, safe; Fakta, Netto and a local bakery within 5 minutes of walking

- More about the apartment: the room comes furnished and has a double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a bedside table. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a dishwasher and a dining area. The bathroom is spacious with a separate shower area. Laundry facilities (washing machines and tumble dryers) are in the basement of an apartment block and can be used with a pre-paid token (not included in rent).
